Field Trips - FAQs


Q: Do all Krikorian Premiere Theatres offer the A-List Package?
A: Yes. 

Q: Is this a private showing?
A: Yes. 

Q: What is the minimum number for an A-List Package?
A: We require a minimum of 65 people (students, teachers, parent chaperones and bus drivers) to open the theatre early. 

Q: What is included in the price of the A-List Package?
A: The package includes the movie ticket along with a child's size popcorn and drink. Pricing is the same for adults and children. Tickets cannot be purchased without concessions. 

Q: Do we have to pay for the teachers and chaperones?
A: When we open the theatre early for your group, everyone pays the school package price - this includes students, teachers, parent chaperones and bus drivers. 

Q: What if we have more people than we booked for on the day of the event?
A: Seating is guaranteed fro the number of pre-paid attendees. Should you have more the day of the event we will try to accommodate you, though seating may be limited depending on the size of the auditorium. Any additional guests the day of the event will be charged the normal package price. 

Q: Where do we send payment?
A: Payment is due directly to your local Krikorian location at least one week prior to your field trip. We will accept a school or PTA check, Mastercard, VISA or cash. Purchase orders and personal checks will not be accepted. 

Q: What movies will be playing?
A: In most cases, school field trips are booked several weeks in advance. At the time of your booking, we may know which movies are scheduled to be released around the time of your field trip. However, we cannot guarantee a movie will play, in a specific theatre, until we have final booking from the studios. Films can normally be confirmed within a week of the event. 

Q: Will we be able to see a 3D movie for our field trip?
A: Of course, any movie that will be playing at our theatre is available for an A-List Package. However, please be advised that for any Digital 3DX titles there will be an additional surcharge per person. Please ask your Events Coordinator for exact pricing at the time of placing your reservation. 

Q: We MUST have a "G" or "PG" rated movie. Will you have one showing the day we visit your theatre?
A: We cannot guarantee what will be on the screen more than a week or two in advance. 

Q: Could we watch an older film of our choosing for our A-List Package?
A: No. For our school screenings we are only able to play films that would be playing at the time of your field trip. If you were interested in possibly screening an older film then please visit our Private Events page. 

Q: What if there is an emergency and school is cancelled?
A: If school is cancelled or delayed due to weather or natural disaster, we certainly will not expect your group to be at the theatre. While we do not offer refunds, we will reschedule your field trip for as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee the same film will be available for your rescheduled date.
