Auditorium Rentals are available for events for minors and adults. However, if the Auditorium Rental is for minors, adult supervision (over 21 years of age) is required.
Auditorium Rentals are available every day. Showtime and movie title availability may vary and restrictions may apply.
Auditorium Rental pricing is quoted on a case by case basis depending on such factors as date, time of day, length of event and audio/visual equipment usage.
Due to film studio contracts, movies are subject to change without notice. Not all wide release films are available at all locations.
A reservation must be made with a Krikorian Events Coordinator for the Auditorium Rental to be booked. Filling out the Auditorium Rental Request Form does not constitute a reservation, but rather an inquiry into availability.
Once a formal reservation has been placed, a Krikorian Events Coordinator will issue an invoice for payment.
Customer agrees to pay the full balance of the invoice at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. No refunds, rain checks or passes for movie tickets or concessions will be issued if fewer people attend the Auditorium Rental event than expected.
Krikorian theatre locations accept Visa, MasterCard, or cash for payment. Purchase orders and personal checks cannot be accepted. Coupons, passes or discount offers of any type will not be accepted.
If cancellation of Auditorium Rental event is necessary, the customer will be charged a fee once payment has been received for the event. If the event is cancelled one (1) week or more prior to the event date, 15% (a minimum of $100) of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the event is cancelled less than one (1) week prior to the event date, 50% (a minimum of $100) of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Krikorian is more than happy to accommodate changes to the time or date of the Auditorium Rental at no additional charge as long as there is availability and ample notice.
For Auditorium Rentals that consist of usage of the digital projector at the theatre location, a testing will be scheduled prior to the event date at which time the customer will bring all materials that will be presented the day of the event. If customer has additional materials that they bring on the day of the event that have not been tested, Krikorian holds no responsibility for the quality or playability of the content. A Krikorian manager has the last say on any extra materials being presented on the day of the event.
Customer aggress that Krikorian assumes no responsibility and customer waives any right to any claim, loss, liability, damage or cost against Reel Services Management, LLC dba Krikorian Premiere Theatres that may arise or become due in any manner or degree or in any way during the Premiere Party event including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of any property left in the Krikorian theatre prior to, during, and/or following any function and all such responsibility and liability is specifically disclaimed. Krikorian makes no and specifically disclaims any and all warranties or representation to the Customer, guest or attendee other than those printed herein.
Execution of this agreement by the representative of the Customer releases Krikorian, its owners and operators, employees and agents from any liability for failure to carry out such arrangements as provided herein or on the Premiere Party Reservation and related documents which are caused by fire, strikes, acts of God or any other conditions beyond the reasonable control of Krikorian.
